Sunday, 9 October 2005 - Family picnic in the park. Meet in the Village Green near the lake cafe in Bicentennial Park, Homebush Bay from midday. Look for the lupus signs/banners and orange balloons. This day is aimed specifically at families living with lupus, but if you can't bring all your family, come with who you can (BYO everything). This year, we are hoping to have sample bags for those who attend, as well as children's entertainment. It is a great opportunity to raise awareness among the general public.
